FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is Replylah free?

Yes. Replylah is free to use while we launch. We may introduce paid plans later. If we do, we'll announce it well in advance, and you'll never be charged unless you choose a paid plan yourself.

What happens if an employer never replies?

We remind them after 7 working days and again after 10. If there's still no decision within 14 working days, the application closes automatically and you're notified, so you're never left waiting.

What counts as a working day?

Monday to Friday, Malaysia time. Weekends and national public holidays don't count.

What does "Reviewed" mean?

The employer has opened your application. It isn't a decision yet, so the 14-working-day clock keeps running until they shortlist you, invite you to interview, hire you or let you know you weren't selected.

How is an employer's response rate worked out?

It's the share of finished applications the employer answered themselves, versus ones that closed automatically because they didn't reply. Applications still waiting aren't counted yet. New employers show "New employer" until they've made decisions.

Who can see my resume and expected salary?

Only the employers you apply to. Your expected salary is never shown publicly.

How do employers join?

Posting is invitation-only while we launch, so every company is checked and shows its SSM registration number. Employers can request access from the homepage.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile, then the Account tab, and choose Delete account. Your profile, resume and applications are removed.
